NOT TOO HOT, NOT TOO COLD, JUST RIGHT!
Those were my cousin’s words when I made a can of cream of mushroom soup for our breakfast at the age of 6. Being the youngest child of a farming family, I was the one left helping Mom in the kitchen.
My interest in the culinary arts were awakened when, at the age of 17, I received my first cookbook. Years were spent developing, revising and reworking BBQ sauce recipes. I wanted this BBQ sauce to be different. Most were full of preservatives. Having friends and family be taste-testers helped me develop the final product. People were amazed with the BBQ sauce’s flavor and wanted to purchase it. Interest in an all natural, gluten free, no MSG BBQ sauce was huge.
One friend in particular wanted to use my BBQ sauce in his soon-to-be-opening restaurant. Unfortunately, that was something he would never see. I lost that good friend to an accident. The tragedy renewed the promise to him to have my BBQ sauce available in his restaurant, which his family now owns and operates.
Along came my nephew, Josh Osswald. Who, upon trying the BBQ sauce for the first time said he loved it. He believed in it so much he wanted to help with marketing and ultimately became a partner in this new venture. After much research and development, here we are—selling BBQ sauce. We hope you enjoy it.
